We are looking for a new Logistics Store Support colleague to join our team at the new JYSK Distribution Centre in Italy.

If you enjoy working with people, solving operational challenges and supporting stores in their daily logistics processes, this could be the right opportunity for you. In this role, you will be an important link between our Distribution Centre and JYSK stores, helping to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT:

Communication with the stores regarding their orders and the delivery process
Processing stores’ orders
Monitoring and reporting of transport deviations
Coordination of direct deliveries to customers
Creation of allocation for articles
Control and verification of stores’ campaigns
Maintenance of order delivery schedule in SAP
Daily cooperation with all other departments in our Distribution center, with JYSK stores, vendors, other JYSK Distribution centers, etc.
Timely executing export/import shipments by following the document requirements as shipping invoices, packing list and certificates
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing information required to execute shipment. Providing shipment updates and keeping customer informed at all times.
Administrative tasks for DC and follow-up a.o. order office supplies, task overview, mail service, both email and postal, article creation, and etc.
Give professional service to customers and guests at DC
Arranging accommodation & transport

WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING:

University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economy, Statistics, Business Administration or another related area
Experience with managing export, import and related documentation
Very good organization and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high quality of results
Strong attention to details
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and cooperation skills and customer-first attitude
Good command of English – both written and verbal
Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
